Festival FPV is a browser-based flight simulator provided as-is for entertainment and training. We work hard to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Optional in-simulator unlocks are one-time digital purchases processed by Stripe. Unlocks are for personal use and tied to your purchase; see the Refund Policy for refunds and restores.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, resell unlocks, or misuse the payment system. We may suspend access for abuse.
This software is a game. It is not a substitute for real-world flight training, regulatory knowledge, or safe piloting practices.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the current version.
