These terms cover your use of FPV Festival Simulator at fpvfestivalsimulator.com, operated by Big Sky FPV ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the simulator, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission before making any purchase.
You need a free account to fly. You agree to:
You're responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person; don't share logins.
The core simulator is free. Some content — currently The Orb venue — is a one-time paid unlock.
When you buy an unlock you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access that content through your account. You are not buying the software itself, and you can't resell, share, or transfer an unlock to another account.
Unlocks are tied to your account, not your device. Sign in anywhere and your purchases follow you.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable tax where required. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see your card details.
We may change prices for future purchases. Anything you've already bought stays yours.
If an unlock doesn't work, or you change your mind within 14 days, email us and we'll refund you. Full detail on the refund page.
Don't:
We can suspend or terminate accounts that do these things. If we terminate your account for a breach, you won't be refunded for unlocks.
The simulator plays audio files you load from your own device. You're responsible for having the right to use those files. If you record or stream your gameplay, note that any music in that recording is subject to the rights of whoever owns it — that's between you and them.
FPV Festival Simulator is entertainment software. It is not a substitute for real flight training, aviation regulations, airspace awareness, or safe piloting practice. Nothing in it should be taken as instruction for operating a real aircraft. Flying real drones over people or at events is regulated in most countries — know your local law.
We work to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we ever shut the service down permanently, we'll give reasonable notice.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions — in which case those parts don't apply to you.
The simulator, its artwork, code, and branding belong to Big Sky FPV. You may record and share gameplay footage freely, including monetised videos. You may not redistribute the software itself or reuse our artwork as your own.
You can stop using the service any time and ask us to delete your account. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. Sections covering liability, licences, and dispute resolution survive termination.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on the site with an updated date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located there.
